Apple smoothie

  • Big apple- 1 piece
  • Kiwi fruit- 3 pieces
  • Banana- 1 piece
  • Green grape- a handle of
  • Ginger root- 1 centimeters
  • Green tea- 200 ml
  • Honey- 1 tablespoon
  1. First of all you should peel the banana and cut the banana. Then keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
