- Big apple- 1 piece
- Kiwi fruit- 3 pieces
- Banana- 1 piece
- Green grape- a handle of
- Ginger root- 1 centimeters
- Green tea- 200 ml
- Honey- 1 tablespoon
- First of all you should peel the banana and cut the banana. Then keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
